At present, the company is managed by Board of Directors under the leadership of Mr. Radha Krishna Tandon, the chairman of the company, who is assisted by Mr. Ajay Tandon, in the capacity of Director. Other directors of the company are Mr. Purshottam Saran Kapoor, Mrs. Anjali Tandon, Mr. Man Mohan Mehrotra, Mr. Jai Prakash Kaura and Mr. R. C. Saigal. Shri R.K. Tandon, Chairman has over 50 years experience in Agri. Business having managed Mini Sugar Plants, he is widely traveled and is the Past President of U.P. Khandsari Sugar Manufacturers Association. Shri Ajay Tandon, Director is a highly qualified technocrat, an Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Business Management. He has been associated with the Solvent Extraction Industry for the past 25 years; he is one of the Leaders of THE SOLVENT EXTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA, a Past President of the said Association and he was also the Chairman of the Apex Body i. e. The Central Organization for Oil Industry & trade. M/s. G. R. Solvents & Allied Ind. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1982.The 60 TPD Soya & Rice Bran solvent extraction plant was established in the year 1983 with the assistance of U P Financial Corporation & PICUP, with equity participation from PICUP & UPSIDC and It commenced commercial production of Vegetable Oils & De-oiled Meals in the year 1984 at P.O. Kailsa, (J. P Nagar) U.P. The Company is having its registered office at Bazar Jat, P.O. Amroha- 244221 Distt: J. P Nagar, U. P. The company, had time to expanded the capacity of the Extraction plant in the year 1987 capacity was expanded to 100TPD,150 TPD & oil seed preparatory in the year 1991,. In the year 1997, the company had diversified its operations Into manufacturing of Cattle Feed & Poultry Feed with the initial capacity of 50TPD. In the year 2004, the company expanded the capacity of the Extraction Plant to 200 TPD & cattle feed to 100 TPD. At present the installed capacity of the plant is 200 TPD Solvent Extraction & 100 TPD Cattle Feed manufacturing. The company is managed by Director subject to the overall supervision of Managing Director and the board of Directors. Shri R.K. Tandon is the Chairman cum Managing Director of the company and is the guiding spirit behind the company. Shri Ajay Tandon, is the Director of the company and is responsible for overall day to day working. The company has a team of seasoned managers looking after the various functions. Post restructuring the main activities of the company will be manufacturing and marketing of Animal feed and distribution of feed ingredients. The existing staff of the company, which has been a part of the operations since long are competent to execute the present and future operations of the company.
